I have been boxing since I was 13 and I started at the Albany Boxing Gym. When I turned 17, I also started mixed martial arts training specifically kickboxing, kyokushin karate, jiu jitsu and muay thai. I trained at various gyms and I eventually moved to Buffalo for college. That's also when I started training in formal shorinji kempo in West Seneca and I am training towards my black belt. I have a cumulative 17 years of training experience currently. 


In terms of training, I am a true believer in practicing the basics even as an experienced boxer or martial artists. We will do drills to build you a strong foundation and then we will work towards more advanced drills and sparring. I promise we will always train hard, fast and smart!
