My father is a black belt in a ju jitsu style called “je name rue,“ so growing up he always taught the importance knowing how to protect yourself and the people you love. As I grew up, boxing became a fascinating hobby for me and I wanted to learn more and more about it. In high school, I boxed off and on and when I got to college, I started training Muy Thai. My focus is learning how to incorporate kicks into my fighting style, nevertheless, boxing had left the biggest impact on me. 

 

Boxing is so much more than just learning how to punch. It is about learning how to control your strength and how to equip yourself if something ever does go wrong. I invite you to challenge yourself and take a risk with boxing. You won’t regret it!
